SimCity 4 (SC4) Deluxe Edition is a city-building/urban planning simulation computer game. SC4 Deluxe Edition is the fourth installment in the SimCity series.

The game allows players to create a region of land by terraforming, and then to design and build a settlement which can grow into a city. For the success of a city, players must manage its finances, environment, and quality of life for its residents. SimCity 4 introduces night and day cycles and other special effects for the first time in the SimCity series. External tools such as the Building Architect Tool (BAT) allow custom third party buildings and content to be added to the gameplay. (source)

   One of the biggest changes to the gameplay of SimCity 4 deluxe edition is obvious from the beginning. When starting the game, players are presented with a view SimNation. SimNation was later divided into smaller square segments, yet each could hold the entire city from the player's decision. These cities can interact to some things like exchanging surplusenergy, water, and like cash.

However, getting started is as easy as clicking on each square SimNation, naming your city and establish yourself as a mayor, and you go. But before you start, you might want to take a step-by-step tutorial game mode the mayor of SimCity 4-and the heart of god mode, where you can terraform the land to your heart's content, making the terrain as flat, as hilly, as undulating, or as an improbably strange that you want. Very easy to use field-morphing tools found in this mode, and while it is feasible to simply choose the one that has become the region to get started in your town, it's tempting and easy to custom tailor their own.

Once you've decided it's time to start with your city, you may find the beginning will be very familiar if you've played any of the previous SimCity games. You will start by plopping into the power plant, preferably one that does not create too much pollution, and then put some residential zones, industrial, and commercial, then give them time to incubate. Laying the zone is as easy as dragging rectangles using your mouse, but SimCity 4 tries to make things easier on you by automatically inserting streets, giving larger zones a gridlike pattern. This is a mixed blessing, because it automatically built streets often do not line up when you try to construct adjacent zones, leaving your city with bits of empty space here and there, at least until you get used to dealing with this feature. And since city maps in SimCity 4 is smaller than the entire previous SimCity games, restrictions may be necessary due to the level of fine detail that you will see the individual houses and sims-free space can be a huge missed opportunity for your city. Plus all the extra roads can really hose your budget early on. Features auto-roads have been completely optional.
You have to start small, but think big.

As in SimCity 3000, three types of zones each having a different density options, so that the light density residential zones tend to grow smaller houses or apartments on low incomes, while high-density residential zone can be turned into a high, luxurious condominiums. Dense zone more expensive to place, but packed in more people, which means more tax dollars. But in SimCity 4, it pays to start slow. The beginning will be very challenging at first (and there are options available to fix these problems), as you naturally would want to immediately add all the amenities you want in a city: running water, schools, hospitals, police stations, or soccer field ball. However, a young city requires only the basics, and continue to update the news ticker that's part of the interface will keep you informed about whether your sim population needs anything you do not already provide. You will finally feel what keeps people coming to your town without driving your budget too far into the red. The goal, of course, is to make your city a newly established profitable as soon as possible, because that's when you can begin to develop in earnest and finally afford that hospital or police station you've always wanted on your side of the football field.

Have to compete with the ever-changing demand for three types of zones while continuing to add services and better transportation options for residents and while also keeping an eagle eye on your monthly budget adds up to some game that involves. SimCity 4, like its predecessor, succeed in being an active, hands-on games where there's usually something interesting that you can do. Even if you wait to get some money, you can use that time as an opportunity to examine the various statistics and graphs are available to you or in accordance with your advisor on a variety of how to proceed.
